The tender process for the Office, Paper, Electronic and Library Supplies (OPELS) has now kicked off with the new agreement to be in place for 1st August 2023.  With the events of recent years and the changes that have occurred to the way people work, the buyer behaviour for this agreement has changed significantly as a result of more people working from home as well as sustainability initiatives reducing the use of many of the items in the scope of the framework.  The market conditions are significantly difficult at the moment for this industry like many others. 

Therefore we are conducting research with both our members and our markets to ensure that the new agreement continues to be fit for purpose, meets members requirements and is attractive to suppliers and that the considerable pricing benefits can continue to be enjoyed by members.  A survey has been compiled which we would be very grateful if you could complete, in full or in part.  The more information we have the more likely we can offer you a solution that fits your needs.  We recognise that people’s time is precious and as tender working parties are now significantly smaller than they used to be, I really would urge you to complete the survey so that we can get the input of as many stakeholders as possible.
