As part of NWUPC’s commitment to Sustainable Procurement, and to our members in developing responsible supply chains, we have launched a tool in partnership with NETpositive Futures, The University of Manchester, TUCO, NEUPC and SUPC. The tool will capture data that will help you to actively demonstrate the steps you are taking to support Sustainable Initiatives.  The tool contains a short questionnaire for you to complete, this will then create a personalised and tailored action plan for your business. You are strongly encourage to upload evidence to showcase your completed actions as these will be used to promote your business to members and may feature in our Sustainability E-newsletter – ECOnnect!

Many Universities across the UK have already signed up to the tool with many more taking a strong interest in doing so. You will only have to complete the tool once and the information will be available to all of your university customers.

Your action plan will be used by NWUPC in on-going contract management and will be a standard agenda item in future review meetings.
