We are the North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium Ltd (NWUPC), a not for profit organisation owned by its full members consisting of 25 Universities within the North West Region.  Our core business is to help our members purchase a wide variety of goods and services that work towards their operational, value for money, responsible and strategic goals through our compliant frameworks and value-added services. Our purpose is ‘to work in partnership with higher education institutions to collaboratively drive value through the responsible procurement of goods and services’.

We are one of six regional UK higher education purchasing consortia working collaboratively alongside other specialist purchasing organisations and are collectively known as UK Universities Purchasing Consortia (UKUPC). Together, we tender to offer over 100 compliant frameworks and further benefits for our members in higher education and the wider public sector to access.
