NWUPC Members can now access CPC’s new Multi-functional Devices and Digital Transformation Solutions Framework Agreement ITS3142 CPC. The framework has been designed to provide access to an extensive range of improved print technologies and associated services. The agreement went live on the 26th April 2021 and will run for two years plus optional 12-month extensions to 25th April 2025.
This CPC led framework provides a straightforward way to buy or lease Multi-functional Devices (MFDs) for printing, photocopying and scanning. You can also use this framework to find a long-term strategic partner for transforming your institution’s digital infrastructure. Working with suppliers and speaking to members it was seen that needs may change, so with that in mind this framework offers you the flexibility you need in an ever-changing environment. There are ten suppliers on each of the two lots made up of both manufacture brands and value-added resellers providing choice across a number of technologies, software and supporting services.
The framework lots:
Lot 1 – Multifunctional Devices and Associated Services and Supplies - Lot 1 is designed to be an efficient and effective solution for any size member to obtain their multi-functional devices and any additional associated services. This is the no fuss, no hassle, compliant route to market for your multi-functional printing device lease contracts.
Lot 2 – Digital Transformation Solutions - gives access to suppliers who can provide digital transformation solutions and all types of print-related services, including:
This lot also allows you to have one provider who can work with you as a strategic partner, which provides the opportunity for a more tailored service from a supplier that really understands your digital transformation journey.
