UKUPC Procurement Act Webinar Series: Social Value in the Procurement Act
This webinar, open to UKUPC members, will look at how members can address social value through the procurement lifecycle under the new Procurement Act which went live in February 2025.
Legal Services supplier, Weightmans, will cover:
- how to decide upon social value criteria;
• how much weight can be given to them in procurement exercises; and
• how they can be measured once the contract has been entered into.
NWUPC members can access the Legal Services Framework, which includes Weightmans as one of the suppliers. You can find further information such as specific details about the framework, the scope of services and lot structure on the framework page.
