Join NWUPC Members online for a UKUPC webinar, led by LUPC and delivered by Brodies LLP, providing an overview of the recently developed tender documentation templates tailor-made for the new Procurement Regulations (PA2023) on the 6th February 2025.

The template resources, will be available when they’ve gone through our compliance process and will be on our website in time for the February webinar to which NWUPC members are invited, include:

  • 4.1.(a) Invitation to Tender Template (Open procedure under 2023 Act);
  • 4.1.(b) Invitation to Participate Template (Competitive flexible procedure under 2023 Act);
  • 4.2. Supplier Questionnaire under 2023 Act;
  • 4.3.1.(a) Assessment summary under 2023 Act (unsuccessful)
  • 4.3.1.(b) Assessment summary under 2023 Act (successful)
  • 4.3.2. Award letter under 2023 Act.

The session will demonstrate the use of the templates and how they can benefit your organisation.
