Love2shop: Rethinking gifting for a more circular future

Love2shop will share how it’s evolving its gift card proposition to reduce reliance on single-use materials and give customers more sustainable ways to reward and gift.

  • From paper and plastic to digital – how the move towards digital gift cards and e-gifting is reducing the need for physical products and associated materials.
  • Rethinking the physical gift card – where customers still want or need a card, exploring how more environmentally responsible materials can reduce its impact.
  • Reuse rather than replace – how reloadable gift cards can extend the life of a physical card, supporting a more circular approach rather than a use-once-and-discard model.
  • Making sustainability easy for customers – giving organisations more choice over how rewards are delivered, while helping them move towards digital and reusable solutions without compromising the recipient experience.
