NWUPC are pleased to announce that the new  Executive and Senior Specialist Search and Associated Recruitment Services framework (PFB1048 AP) is now live and available to members. As part of the launch, members are invited to attend a webinar on Thursday 1st October to find out more about the framework and how it can support your requirements. This framework provides a compliant and efficient route to market for UKUPC Members across the UK public sector. Available to further and higher education institutions and other public bodies, it offers access to experienced recruitment providers delivering value for money, capped rates, value-added services, and strong stakeholder engagement. The agreement also promotes responsible procurement practices through commitments to equality and diversity, community benefits, and sustainable supply chain management.

This framework will run for a three-year term from  29^th August 2026 to 29^th August 2029 with extension options until 30^th August 2030.

The framework is open to APUC, LUPC, NWUPC, SUPC, NHS National Procurement and its members, Healthcare Improvement Scotland, NHS Education for Scotland, NHS Golden Jubilee, NHS24, Scotland Excel and its members, Scottish Ambulance Service, Scottish Government and The State Hospitals Board for Scotland.

• Lot 2: Executive Search – North – Scotland, NWUPC areas and Northern Ireland   
• Lot 3: Executive Search – South – England and LUPC areas 
• Lot 4: Senior Specialist Search – North – Scotland, NWUPC areas and Northern Ireland 
• Lot 5: Senior Specialist Search – South – England and LUPC areas 
• Lot 6: Chairs of Court and Members of Governing Committees and Boards – UK-wide
