Library Resources Framework available to Members!
We are excited to announce the launch of the new Library Resources Framework (LIB3163 CPC). Developed in collaboration with our partners at Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC), this framework offers a comprehensive solution for library resources and software needs.
This framework will run until 8th October 2026, with the option for two 12-month extensions through to 8th October 2028.
Framework Structure
The framework is divided into four distinct Lots to meet a variety of requirements:
- Lot 1: Physical Print and Alternative Format Library Books
- Lot 2: Electronic and Alternative Format Library eBooks
- Lot 3: Journal and Periodical Subscription Services
- Lot 4: Library Software
Expanded Scope
This framework has significantly expanded its scope to address evolving member needs. Services include:
- The supply of print, audio, electronic, and alternative format library books, including curriculum-focused textbooks and leisure reading materials.
- The provision of journal and periodical subscription services in various formats, including print and electronic.
- Support services such as book processing, consolidation services, shelf-ready services, and robust ordering, payment, monitoring, and reporting solutions.
- The supply of library management systems, library discovery services, reading lists, and associated support and maintenance.

Members can utilise the framework through the following call-off options:
- Direct Award
- Desktop Exercise
- Mini Competition
