Audiovisual Equipment & Installation Services Framework is now live!!
Listen up as we have some great news! NWUPC Members now have access to the latest iteration of the Audiovisual Equipment & Installation Services Framework (AVI3146NW). The framework is designed to streamline the procurement and installation processes, ensuring organisations can access high-quality AV equipment and services tailored to their specific requirements. This comprehensive approach facilitates both the straightforward supply of AV equipment and the more complex tasks of delivery, installation, and the provision of related services.
The agreement runs from the 1st September 2024 until the 31st August 2026 with potential to extend for a further 2x one year period until the 31st August 2028.

The framework is open to Members of NWUPC and CPC.
New for this iteration of the agreement:
- Lot 1 suppliers increased to 7 – New suppliers on the lot: Comcen Computer Supplies Ltd and Mayne Communications Ltd t/a Fluid AV
- Lot 2 suppliers increased to 8 – New suppliers on the lot: Charterhouse Voice & Data Ltd and AVM Solutions (UK) Ltd
- Introduction of a NI Only supply and installation lot
Agreement Highlights:
The Audio Visual Equipment & Installation Framework is structured into three key operational lots to streamline the procurement process:
- Lot 1 – Supply & Delivery of Audio Visual Equipment
- Lot 2 – Supply, Delivery & Installation of Audio Visual Equipment and Associated Services
- Lot 3 – Supply, Delivery & Installation of Audio Visual Equipment and Associated Services (For Northern Ireland Only)
Lot 1 – The Supply and Delivery of Audio Visual Equipment
Includes, but is not limited to, the following scope; Supply and delivery of Data Projectors and Lamps, Display Screens, Projector Screens, Portable Screen Mounts / Trolleys, White Boards, Media Switchers / Scalers / Distribution Equipment, HDMI Extenders, Amplifiers, Visualisers, Collaboration Systems, Video Distribution Equipment, DVD / Blu-Ray Players, Camcorders, Speakers, Microphones, Digital Signage, Video Conference Systems, Lecture Capture Systems, Network Cameras, AV over IP Devices, Bring Your Devices / Collaboration Systems, AV Furniture, Audio Visual Fixtures, Fittings, Interactive touch screens, Team Rooms Equipment, Interactive Touch tables. This list is not exhaustive.
Lot 2 – The Supply, Delivery and Installation of Audio Visual Equipment and Associated Services
Includes, but is not limited to, the following scope; Supply, delivery and installation of Data Projectors and Lamps, Display Screens, Projector Screens, Portable Screen Mounts / Trolleys, White Boards, Media Switchers / Scalers / Distribution Equipment, HDMI Extenders, Amplifiers, Visualisers, Collaboration Systems, Video Distribution Equipment, DVD / Blu-Ray Players, Camcorders, Speakers, Microphones, Digital Signage, Video Conference Systems, Lecture Capture Systems, Network Cameras, AV over IP Devices, Bring Your Devices / Collaboration Systems, AV Furniture, Audio Visual Fixtures and Fittings, immersive spaces, and Cables. Servicing and Maintenance of Audio Visual Equipment and Systems including both proactive and reactive services and fixed contract maintenance agreements, Microsoft Teams Room Solutions, Conferencing Platforms – Webex, Pexip, Large LED displays including specialist solutions such as Virtual Production Studios, Programming, Training, De-Installation and Consultancy and Design Services. Leasing of Audiovisual Equipment. This list is not exhaustive.
Lot 3 – The Supply, Delivery and Installation of Audio Visual Equipment and Associated Services – Northern Ireland
As above in Lot 2 but only for Northern Ireland.
