Welcome to the NWUPC Discussion Board! This discussion area is a place to network, exchange ideas, get advice, and interact with people just like you, who share a passion for procurement in the HE sector. Please take a moment to go over the house rules:
• We encourage an open dialogue, but require that participants remain courteous and respectful at all times.
• Everyone is essential in an online community. Visit often, participate, and encourage others to do the same. You have answers that others are seeking and they are just as capable of helping you.
• Know your audience. This forum is an educational tool, used to connect NWUPC Members with similar interests and to expand our knowledge base. Just as you would in any educational environment, refrain from posting pictures or comments with inappropriate content.
• This community is meant to be a positive experience for anyone who chooses to participate. Feel free to post helpful and relevant advice or suggestions, but do not be abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or discriminatory.
• Information posted on the main website is available for all to see. We take great care not to post private category group information which includes documents such as User Guides, price lists if applicable, framework rankings/scoring from tender and desktop calculators.
• No commercial messages or advertisements are permitted.
• Listen, then react. Before responding to a post, read all comments to be sure duplicate information isn’t submitted. Be as concise as possible and stay on topic. This is a searchable knowledge base, so carefully word the subject line of all messages so that your posts can be easily located by others looking for similar resources.
• Do not post any defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or illegal materials. Do not engage in behaviour that constitutes discrimination or harassment in any way. Messages should not be posted if they encourage or facilitate members to engage in unlawful conduct of any sort.
