We are pleased to announce the launch of Roofing Maintenance and Repair Services (EFM2055NE), focusing on planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair services, which is now available to all NWUPC members across the North-East, North West, Yorkshire & Humber, Northern Ireland and the East and West Midlands regions and also members of NEUPC and SUPC if located within specific geographical regions.

Started 20th July 2026 and running until 19th July 2029 (with the option to extend for a further 12 months), the agreement provides a compliant and flexible route to procure a variety of roofing services.

Lot Structure: 

The following lots are available to NWUPC members:

The framework covers two main service areas:

  • Lot 1: Planned Preventative Maintenance Services for scheduled maintenance requirements and roof replacement/new roof installation works.
  • Lot 2: Reactive Repair and Maintenance Services for emergency call-out requirements.

The mandatory services across both Lots include, but are not limited to: roof covering repairs; treating roofs with spray paint, industrial coatings and asphalt; applying roof sealer compounds; cleaning existing roofing materials; gutter cleaning or repair; fascia and soffit replacement or repair; chimney repointing and repairs; concrete repairs; insulation works; leadwork and flashing; and acting as Principal Contractor for any subcontracted services.

Plus, added value services which include Solar PV Panel Cleaning, Roof glazing/rooflight repairs or replacement, Roof cleaning and Ice/snow removal where offered.
