NWUPC Supplier Audits: Wolseley
As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening supplier relationships and ensuring the highest standards across our frameworks, we have recently carried out a supplier visit to Wolseley which will be of particular interest to Members of the Estates Category Group.
This visits took place in late January and early March and provided valuable insight into their operations, which allowed us to gain a better understanding of their manufacturing processes and additional insight into their approach to quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
By seeing their processes first-hand, we gained a clearer picture of the full member journey, from order through to delivery, as well as the measures they are taking to address potential challenges and enhance performance.
Through these audits, we are able to:
- Broaden sector knowledge to share with members.
- Better understand supplier capabilities and aspirations.
- Strengthen engagement and collaboration across all levels of the supply chain.
