NWUPC Supplier Audits: Digital Garage
As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening supplier relationships and ensuring the highest standards across our frameworks, we have recently carried out an audit with Digital Garage which will be of particular interest to Members of the Audio Visual Category Group.

This visit took place in mid-October, and was timed to avoid their upcoming Autumn Marketing Campaigns and provided valuable insight into their operations, which allowed us to gain a better understanding of their distribution processes and additional insight into their approach to quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
Of particular interest was their considerable investment into an expansion of the operation into adjoining premises, as well as the change in ownership structure that occurred during 2024.
By seeing their processes first-hand, we gained a clearer picture of the full member journey, from order through to delivery, as well as the measures they are taking to address potential challenges and enhance performance.
Through these audits, we are able to:
- Broaden sector knowledge to share with members.
- Better understand supplier capabilities and aspirations.
- Strengthen engagement and collaboration across all levels of the supply chain.
