How to get to the conference

The Conference will be held at:

Liverpool Guild of Students,
160 Mount Pleasant,
Liverpool,
L3 5TR

All workshops will be held, along with the supplier exhibition in the same building just check in at reception as you enter the building

How to get the there

Road: The city is easily reached via the M58, M56 and M62. On leaving the motorways, follow signs for the city centre and the University.

Rail: 10-15 minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station. Leave through the station’s main exit and turn left into Lime Street. Turn left again at the Britannia Adelphi Hotel and continue up Brownlow Hill.

Air:

Liverpool John Lennon Airport – take a taxi or express bus directly outside the entrance to the airport.  You can get buses 500, 86, 80A and 82A into the city centre.

Manchester Airport, - take a train from the airport to Liverpool Lime Street. There is also a direct coach service which takes about 1 hour.

Parking at the University:

There is parking available on campus on a first come, first served basis.  Payment is by machine on exit at a rate of £6 per day and £3 per overnight stay (therefore £9 per 24hrs). There are two visitor car parks on campus, Mount Pleasant and Brownlow Hill.  Mount Pleasant is the closest one to the conference venue. If there are no spaces available at the University then the Metropolitan Cathedral located on Mount Pleasant has a car park.
