The Water Quality Management Framework is now available!
NWUPC are pleased to announce that the new Water Quality Management (EFM1068 AP) Framework is now live and available to members. The framework provides a compliant route to market for the provision of Water Quality Management services and has been structured into 3 lots, reflecting both service requirements and geographical coverage.
The agreement will run from the 12th December 2025 to the 11th December 2027, with the option to extend for a further 24 months, subject to performance and member requirements. The framework is open to NWUPC, APUC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, and SUPC members.

Lot Structure:
The following lots are available to NWUPC members:
- Lot 1B – Risk Assessment (England, Wales & Northern Ireland)
- Lot 2 – Water Treatment Services (UK-wide)
- Lot 3 – One-Stop-Shop (UK-wide)
In addition, the framework includes access to additional services, such as Remote Monitoring.
How do I buy from the framework?
This Framework allows you to buy through three options. Direct award, desktop exercise or mini competition. You should choose the option most appropriate to your purchase taking into consideration; your Organisational Procurement Guidance and Financial Regulations, the products you wish to purchase and the specific requirements of your organisation.
