NEPA 3 – National Education Printer Agreement 3 Framework is now available to Members!

We are excited to announce the launch of the National Education Printer Agreement 3 (NEPA 3) – (ITS2011 NE) – a new and improved print framework designed to deliver value, choice, and efficiency for the higher education sector and wider public sector.

This framework will run from the 1st April 2025 to the 31st March 2028, with an optional 12-month extension to 31st March 2029.

Framework Structure

The framework is divided into four distinct Lots to meet a variety of requirements:

  • Lot 1 – Non-Managed Print Equipment – Self-managed print devices, with the option for new or remanufactured models. Flexible ordering routes via catalogues, direct awards, or mini competitions.
  • Lot 2 – Managed Print Equipment & Services (Including MFDs) – Full-service offering including hardware, software, consumables, installation, training, and maintenance, plus a broad range of related services.
  • Lot 3 – Production Print Equipment – High-capacity, production-grade equipment with integrated finishing options and software. Includes responsive SLAs and full maintenance.
  • Lot 4 – One Stop Shop – A complete end-to-end solution combining any mix of the above lots for organisations seeking streamlined supplier engagement.

This framework agreement has been arranged by North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) and is accessible to members of:

  • Advance Procurement for Universities and Colleges (APUC)
  • Higher Education Purchasing Consortium Wales (HEPCW)
  • London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC)
  • North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium (NWUPC)
  • Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium (SUPC)
