Annual Member Data Collection 2024/25

The Annual Member Data Collection allows NWUPC to:

  • Provide accurate benchmarking across members.
  • Identify opportunities for collaborative savings.
  • Strengthen framework agreements and supplier negotiations.

How To Submit

Your Submission Checklist

Before sending your file, make sure you have:

  • Informed us if you have a new finance system.
  • Completed the Excel template with all non-pay expenditure.
  • Added purchasing card expenditure in the separate “Purchasing Card” tab.
  • Coded NHS and YPO expenditure as required.
  • Entered all figures excluding VAT in £ sterling.
