NWUPC Supplier Audits: Gresham Office Furniture Ltd
As part of our commitment to strengthening supplier relationships and ensuring the highest standards across our frameworks, we have recently carried out an audit with Gresham Office Furniture Ltd which will be of particular interest to Members of the NWUPC Furniture Category Group.

This visit took place in early September, and was timed to avoid their busiest installations period during the summer months and provided valuable insight into their operations, which allowed us to gain a better understanding of their manufacturing/distribution processes and additional insight into their approach to quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
Of particular interest was their on-going and considerable investment into new plant and machinery, their continual implementation of lean engineering thinking and how their biomass plant powers much of their facility.
By seeing their processes first-hand, we gained a clearer picture of the full member journey, from order through to delivery, as well as the measures they are taking to address potential challenges and enhance performance.
Through these audits, we are able to:
- Broaden sector knowledge to share with members.
- Better understand supplier capabilities and aspirations.
- Strengthen engagement and collaboration across all levels of the supply chain.
