NWUPC members have been invited to join BOC Gases for an engaging Best Practice Webinar designed to support members in getting the most from their arrangements with BOC.

This practical session will focus on common operational topics raised by members and provide clear guidance to help streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Topics covered will include:
- Setting up and applying VAT exemptions
- Correctly setting Purchase Order numbers
- Understanding how charges are applied
- Managing rental arrangements
- Setting up regular orders and call plans


The webinar will be interactive, and members are encouraged to bring along any examples or questions they would like discussed for the Q&A. Where time does not allow for all questions to be addressed during the session, BOC will be happy to arrange follow-up conversations to ensure outstanding points are covered.
