Join us on June 4th, 2025, at the historic University of Liverpool, as we bring together the brightest minds in procurement and higher education for a day of insight, inspiration, and innovation!

The NWUPC Annual Conference is a must-attend event for procurement professionals, university staff, and anyone passionate about shaping the future of higher education procurement.

Information about the Conference

We have 25 Full Members and 6 Associate members, you can find our Members here. With 154 members registered for last years 2024 conference it’s a highlight of the HE procurement sector year.

The exhibition along with Member registration opens from 8.45am, with the opening keynote at 9.30am. The seminars and exhibition are in the same building and a 2 minute walk from the exhibition hall. We have 3 workshops in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. Delegates can only sign up for 1 morning and 1 afternoon workshop giving them ample time for the exhibition.

Lunch will also be served near the exhibition and lasts about 90 minutes. This is inbetween the morning and afternoon workshops. Closing afternoon workshop will begin around 3.15 (exact times will follow soon) and exhibitors will be able to start closing their stands when delegates go to the last workshop.

Please read the following information before registering for a stand.

  • The person completing the form does not have to be the person attending. If successful we will send a further email asking for specific attendee details.
  • Only suppliers on a framework available to NWUPC Members at the time of the conference (4th June 2025) are able to attend.
  • Please choose 3 stands from those available on the floorplan below. Those in green have already been selected. We are regularly updating to keep the floorplan as up to date as possible.
  • Stand selection is on a first come first served basis and we will always select them in the order you have chosen.
  • Your choice of stands may have already been selected but not yet updated on the floorplan. We will contact you as soon as possible with further options if this is the case.
  • We will contact you to advise if you are next to or opposite a supplier who is on the same framework as you with the option to move.

Equipment / Furniture for the day / Lunch
  • We will provide one table (6’ x 2’) with a table cloth and two chairs with 2 x electrical sockets on your stand in the Mountford Hall. If you do not need the stand or the chairs they can be moved. Please let us when you are setting up and we can move them.
  • You can use a shell scheme for your stand but it must fit in the designated area. In total you have about 2m by 2m floor space if the stand is removed. Your stand should not encroach on another suppliers stand.
  • You will be required to bring your own extension leads as power points are fixed at the base of your stand.
  • Your name badges will be on the stand when you arrive.

Lunch

  • Lunch will be provided by NWUPC and served via lunch bags for each stand. If you have advised us of any dietary requirements this has been noted and will be brought to you on your stand.
  • Exhibitors will be able to access drinks throughout the day such as water, tea and coffee.
Setting up and breaking down your stand / Deliveries to site

Setting Up: Suppliers will be able to set up their stand from 12 noon the day before the conference on Tuesday 3rd June 2025 from 12-3pm. You can also set up on the day from 8am.

Breaking Down: The conference will close for suppliers from 3.30pm. SITE WILL CLOSE PROMPTLY AT 5PM. This will be done via Site Security so we cannot extend..

 

Deliveries to site / collection after event: If you plan to courier materials before the conference or collect them afterward, the site can accommodate this within a specified timeframe. Details will be provided after registration.
