NWUPC retain our Customer Services Excellence (CSE) Award

We are delighted to announce we have retained our Customer Services Excellence (CSE) Award following our review in Spring 2023. In addition, for the first time we have met the criteria for the Compliance Plus Award in the following areas:

In-depth understanding of the characteristics of our current and potential customer groups based on recent and reliable informationDeveloped customer insight about our customer groups to better understand their needs and preferencesMade particular efforts to identity hard to reach and disadvantaged groups and individuals and have developed our services in response to their specific needsMade the consultation of customers integral to continually improve our service and advise customers of the results and actions taken.

The NWUPC team took part in an online assessment to present a wide range of evidence to demonstrate the commitment and priority given to developing and improving the service to our members, partners and suppliers.

The CSE Award and the Compliance Plus Award has been set to be reviewed in 2024.
