Chemicals and Consumable Now Live

 
 

SUPC members and universities across the UK can now access the new Inter Regional Laboratory Agreement for Chemicals and Consumable, led by SUPC. This agreement, which replaces two previously separate agreements, provides a compliant route to market and a collaborative procurement channel for an estimated £50 million per annum in university laboratory spend across the UK.

This agreement, which went live on 2 September 2019, will run for three years with a potential additional 1-year extension. It covers a wide range of essential laboratory chemicals and consumables including solvents, inorganic compounds, biological compounds, glassware, plastics, gloves and personal protection supplies.

This agreement is available to members of the university purchasing consortia partners: Higher Education Purchasing Consortium (Wales), London Universities Purchasing Consortium, North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium, and North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium.
