NWUPC is committed to establishing formal contracts and agreements for as many commodity areas as possible for the benefit of its members. This is categorised in two ways; where a contract type is 'contract' this has been formally tendered and awarded to the most Economically Advantageous Tender, normally through the OJEU in line with EU Directives. Where a contract type is 'agreement' NWUPC have an informal agreement with the particular supplier to offer NWUPC members preferential pricing and service.

Contracts Update:

• NWUPC have advertised the Tool Hire agreement. It is scheduled to commence on the 1st July 2011 and will run for a two year period with the option to extend for one year plus a further one year. For the procedure on requesting documentation please click here.
